I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
No worries! First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, you can contact our customer support team at hello@sunnykase.com , and we'll be happy to resend it.
When will my order ship?
All phone cases are customized, and the orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. Once your order is processed, we will ship it out. You can find out more about the shipping details here.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible hello@sunnykase.com. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you need to return your items, do note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or defective item(s)?
We are sorry if you received a defective or wrong item. To resolve this, please send us an image of the defective item to hello@sunnykase.com .
Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking number will not be provided for customers who choose the economy shipping option.
Returns and Exchange
What Is Your Return Policy?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must send in a request within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@sunnykase.com .

What are the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?
Do note that while we do not charge restocking fee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.
In the case of defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
When will the refund be processed?
Once we have received your items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
