Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item, and we will ship out the new item to you.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.
In the case of defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
3. Refund Payment
If approved, refund will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
